One of my absolute favorite things to do in the new year is to reflect on the previous one, think about what worked, what didn’t, and then set intentions and goals for the upcoming year. Small, big, and huge stretch goals because why not? I don’t believe that it sets myself up for failure, it helps me be more intentional. I have big plans for 2022, personally and professionally with business and practice growth, plus more connection, travel, and fun with family. I am ready. Are you?     1 year ago, I began my yoga journey. I have always 1 year ago, I began my yoga journey. I have always said it wasn’t for me. But persisting sciatic pain and muscle soreness pushed me to be more mindful of how I was moving my body. So I said I would commit to do yoga regularly, improve my muscle flexibility and strength. First I started slowly with YouTube videos by @adrienelouise, the last few months I moved to @onepeloton exercises still consistently doing sessions every single week. I can feel my joints and back better supported in my work outs, with my improved muscle and core strength. And I surprised myself with a full bridge last weekend, like I got my head off the ground! There’s no way I would have been able to do that last year. Cheers to doing things that surprise even ourselves. What physical goal should I strive for next?! The perfect Crow. 🙌🏻
