Have you ever wondered…

What it is really like to own/run a R+F business? Perhaps you have always thought about starting your own side hustle with the number 1 skincare brand in North America, but you have no clue what that would really mean.

Like, are you supposed to then be a slave to social media, and “bother” your friends and family to buy your products? I am here to tell you, NOPE, that’s absolutely not true! If you still aren’t convinced, check out this recent post on why you don’t need to be afraid of “this” type of sales here. 

So let’s put those assumptions and misconceptions to bed shall we? 

Here are 3 things you absolutely can expect to happen/learn/know when you lock arms with us at R+F. 

Support is instant. 

When you press that enroll button, you gain access to a wealth of information, and support to get started. Your success is always top of mind, and it starts with your direct sponsor all the way to our corporate office and even our founders. This is something that can seem so foreign. I don’t know about you, but I haven’t always worked in a “collaborative” environment. We have live trainings and online resources to get you started right away. Not to mention my immediate support as well. Remember though, success is very individually based, and coach-ability is so important. 

This is personal growth attached to a paycheck. 

The business will challenge you more than you ever expected and success relies on your belief that you can absolutely be successful no matter what. Success is dependent on what is happening between your ears at all times. Make sure to start that positive inner dialogue now. Do not let those negative thoughts take hold. There will be some things you aren’t comfortable with doing. Who really wants to be vulnerable or put him/herself out there?! Not me! But trust me, you won’t be asked to rob a bank!

I can share, you will be asked to introduce your business on social media, and to share with excitement this new business venture. People don’t know what you are doing unless you share it with them! This in turn, will make you a stronger person, and the rejection you will undoubtedly face (because not everyone will want what you have to offer, at least not right away) will shape you in a positive way. You will become stronger, and as you also gain more wins, your belief bubble in yourself, and this business model will grow. 

Success depends on YOU.

Your success isn’t guaranteed. We have the systems in place, and we given you the direction, but this is a very individually based business. If you aren’t a great self motivator, or prioritizer, then you will need to get organized, and make your business a priority for a while. Trust me, your business won’t grow if you don’t work it. Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. Your day is filled before you even hit that enroll button. That means you will need to find the time. Usually, it is time that is filled by something else.

Perhaps you don’t watch as much TV, or perhaps you need to miss a game or 2. This will not happen forever but as you are figuring stuff out, this might be what needs to happen in order to build a successful business.
